Sweet and welcoming family atmosphere. The CEO is kind and generous.

Cons

This company is still very stuck in the past. Improvement and changes take FOREVER. People have VERY different experiences based on who their manager is.

Doesn't matter how much your route is up the always want more unfair bonus system guys that hit there number need a higher increase to get bonus guys that suck have a lower number to get bonus

Pros

I was in Route Sales For more than a year. The Management was awesome and very supportive overall. Pay I would say is decent and fair. Whenever I had a question someone was there to answer. The training is excellent on everything!

Cons

Really long hours. Hard to have less than a 60 hour work week. There's too many meetings. Some of them are great and some just waste our time.
