HR is nearly impossible to get in touch with when you need them. Pay could be better. Communication amongst supervisors is horrible.

Very few pros to running a route...

Cons

old trucks, You DO NOT get paid for anything you do like 1 on 1s while there, only get commission on what u sell into stores. But they expect you to stay and attend meeting which is good but they dont pay you for all this time!!!
