Freedom to work alone and at own pace on a daily basis

Cons

Commission based sales for a company falling behind in there industry making it harder to compete against the big boys. Long hours. Low pay. Company is struggling to get younger on the ground level because anyone not close to retirement finds better opportunities elsewhere.

Treat us good. Job stability. Overtime every week. The brand has been around for 75 years. Hope they get another 75.

Cons

Too many products. Too stressful to work in warehouse when production doesnt work with us. Seems like the company bit off more than they can chew.
