      Pros

      Herrs has been through some cultural changes lately, but honestly the company is catching up with the times in the corporate world. I have worked there for many years and have help numerous jobs and worked with all departments and all classifications of employees, so I know the company very well. I have made many lifelong friends during my years of work at Herrs.

      Cons

      Overall, I struggle to think of any real cons, could I be paid more, sure, but who wouldn't say that? Could my former manager been a better one, yes, but that was a huge case of personality differences. Most things that pop in to my mind are petty.

      Pros

      Good people work here. Free chips, but not so good for you. Meet lots of different events from donations and walk in customers. They do have a chain that visit listen and non judging.

      Cons

      Only one person in the office. Unfortunately the management team just keeps pushing g more work and therefore causing lot of things are not able to be completed with full attention to the details.
