This place is ridiculous in their expectations. They don't care about you or your family life. I watched guys with tenure who were actually good RSPs get let go for no real reason while guys who were absolute clowns kept jobs. DMs think they are somebody, until they get pissed they have to run a route. You visit the same stores every week just looking at product jammed on a rack that you know will rot and yes it comes out of your pay because it's your fault it did not sell. It's as if the product belongs to the company while it's in the warehouse but becomes the RSPs when it hits the truck. You barely can earn a living here. They act like your earning potential is endless but they take stores away from you and dish them off and you lose that money. Forget a raise, you just have to find 30 more pizza shops to deliver to, to make that up. But if you want to work 60 hrs a week and not be properly compensated for it, by all means.

They need to get out of there own way to stay viable
