      CUSTOMERS, some fellow employees , definitely not managers

      Cons

      As someone mentioned before, why post positions that are already taken. Lots of back door deals with the" it " people. Company has guides to follow for advancement but they are not followed if you are hand picked for a job or have friends in the right places, especially south jersey. You can be a total screw up but if you are liked, no consequences and probably even promotions Quit the company, they'll hire you back and even promote you.

      Pros

      Great chance for advancement and a great company to work for. They hire within for greater opportunities and the starting pay is decent.

      Cons

      A lot of hours. Some weeks consisting of 50-60 hours and occasional Saturday work. You can pretty much throw personal life out the door until you reach upper mangement level

      Employees are treated as part of a team. The branch I worked at was a 'work' family. The Herr family really seems to care about the welfare of their employees.

      Cons

      Some lower level positions in the company have little room for advancement.
