      Christian, family owned company. Nice people

      Cons

      Business practices aren't consistent with the industry standard. Too many meetings, and quotas, and not nearly enough rewatd. The hours are extensive for the industry.

      Pros

      The only pros that I can think of are, a weekly paycheck and benefits. Good employees, some that have been there many years and are very dedicated.

      Cons

      The constant pressure to sell more, get more space, lousy incentives, lousy pay increases and no appreciation for working hard. The company had a family feeling but that is no longer true. Employees fear if they will lose their job next. Good people are gone and others that get away with doing very little are still working.
