Pros

Good work, close to home, good people

Cons

Low pay for work expected. Sound technician for music shows get paid higher wages than ride mechanic whose work directly affects peoples lives every single day.

Pros

Most employees are pleasant. It is rewarding to help make memories worth repeating.

Cons

Very cliquish and such a small fish tank that if one person doesn’t like you it’s over. I was employed there for five years and made many friends and I love the park but I have a progressive outlook and was a strong woman and those are two things that are not tolerated there, it’s a plantation mentality and the employees are payed too little for the great service most employees deliver.

The company cares about you as a person. It is a great culture. The people you work with are dedicated and hard working. You get to work in a fun industry. Discounts at the attractions. They promote from within before looking outside.

Cons

Pay might be average or a little below but the benefits counter that.
