      Pros

      Coworkers are some of the greatest people I've gotten to work with. Hours are long but guaranteed overtime so lots of money.

      Cons

      Management does not respect weather and often refuses to shut down rides when it is unsafe. Had multiple instances where if things played out differently a ride could have been struck by lightning.
