Pros

Gave off whenever I requested. Sometimes provided food/snacks on-site. You can work a 40+ hour work week in as little as 3-4 days.

Cons

In training, it was said that employees always had the power to "make it right" with the customers, yet scolds employees who follow this practice. You can work a 40+ hour work week in as little as 3-4 days. Terrible upper management.

Pros

Great Support from a excellent organization. Everyone from top to bottom is a class act. Fun enviorment to grow in.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunities to move up organization chart unless potentially willing to relocate to another location depending on position availability.

Pros

alot of challenges while working here and learned to deal with difficult personalities, time management, problem solving, & truly learned what not to do as a manager. The work environment was usually fun and upbeat and upper management tried to keep a positive attitude.

Cons

Horrible management with rumors, drama, verbal fighting between departments. Had to take our own insurance bc benefits were sad. No promotion or pay options.
