      Pros

      Meeting cool people and getting free food at the hotel.

      Cons

      Everything! Long hours, Micromanagement etc etc. Nothing really positive here

      Pros

      The pay was decent for a starting job. Having bonuses was always a plus and being paid every week was wonderful! Having the opportunity to drive so many cars was very nice as well. Plus, as a MIC, it looked good on my resume and I helped to run the store. My direct store manager (and all the others in the area) were wonderful!

      Cons

      Most of corporate was a joke. From the simpering HR people that I dealt with, to the regional management, it was really bad. Hertz went from the fastest growing rental car company in my area, to closing down all but two stores!
