You will have the opportunity to gain experience in a global organisation and be exposed to the automotive industry

Cons

The work environment is highly toxic and deeply male-dominated. Female employees often face systemic barriers to progression, with little to no recognition for their contributions. Management frequently takes credit for the hard work of staff, creating a culture of distrust and frustration. Employees are consistently overworked and underpaid, with no real support or resources provided to meet unrealistic expectations. Bullying and harassment are pervasive, and the company culture rewards aggression over collaboration. It’s a high-stress environment where empathy and fairness are noticeably absent
