None, really—unless you count learning what kind of workplace to avoid in the future. Join if you’re looking for extreme character development through stress and frustration.

Cons

-Poor Management: Some managers are unprofessional, often react negatively to questions or minor issues, and exhibit poor anger management, fostering a culture of shouting and public shaming. -Poor working condition: Low pay, excessive work hours, slow internet, and an unsanitary work environment. -Incompetent HR: Onboarding and offboarding are rushed and unclear, with HR often unresponsive and lacking communication.
