Pros

You get a set schedule every 3-6 months. You get to choose the schedule you want, keep in mind, it goes by seniority order. The Union is optional to join (Teamsters). Get a paid lunch, therefore you do not get the 2 fifteen minute breaks. Extra 5 minutes to clock in without penalization. You get paid weekly. Benefits. 40% discount on rentals.

Cons

Starting pay is very low, and the commission is not that great. Too many 'rules' to even receive the commission. The flex agents get asked the most to work overtime, but in my opinion it is excessive. Just about everyday I am asked to come in early or to stay late. Once you finish training in the classroom and are 'hands on' everyone is too busy to actually help you, and I felt like I was bothering the other employees with questions because there is no assigned staff to help employees that are still in training, who ever is working that shift is the help you get. Certain employees, especially the ones who have been here the longest, are always trying to get other employees in trouble or 'snitching' on them. There is a reward system for 'snitching' on other employees.

Pros

The people that work with are great. Middle managers are hard working and try their best to do what’s needed

Cons

When busy, we are not logistically prepared for tue influx of business. It is not a good look when customers have to wait, sometimes for hours to get a vehicle
