No work/life balance, pay not competitive, over emphasis on sales, corporate mentality isn't clear, lack of vehicles to fill reservations, expectations aren't fair across employees

Pros

Great environment to grow in sales and team building.

Cons

Many of the GM's and Area Managers including upper management are not leaders they are enablers of dysfunction who don't want to get there hands dirty.The HR department is 3rd rate often taking months to do a simple background screening.Most jobs at this company require long hrs and devotion to a company and management team who's devotion lies to themselves and furthering there own agenda.
