Pros

There’s not much good that can be said.

Cons

They make you work over for but no over time. Work off the clock. Clock out for lunch but don’t leave in case someone comes in. I was working alone, no help. I had to pick up cars, clean/detail, and put out the cars to customers. They are sales sales sales. If you don’t sell enough one month you get verbal warning and required training class, 2nd month low sales is write up and another required training class, 3rd month you’re fired.
