Pros

Drive a variety of cars. If you are lazy you will thrive in this company. Also, don't take into account any reviews from Park Ridge or Oklahoma City unless you are in administration. These employees work behind the scenes and have no customer contact.

Cons

To many to list. I'll hit the big ones. There is no need to be motivated or have any level of customer service with Hertz, as long as you can follow the sales dialogue and sell Loss Damage Waiver at the counter you will keep your job. Upper management is very reactive to situations and way out of touch with everyday lives in the stores. You will constatnly be threatened with your job for various things and you will never lose it unless you start to slump in counter sales. Honestly this company is that big of a joke. If you are salary or hourly be prepared to work more than industry average in hours and be paid less than industry average for job requirements. This is from the ground up with Hertz.
