Pros

New CEO for international is changing the business, for the better, actually enjoy going to work. New people with new ideas to take this brand to the place it needs to be, a leader in customer care and actually caring about the people that work for them.

Cons

Some people need to move on out, not willing to accept the changes and needs to improve the business. People are actually complaining about things getting better, with more openness in the business.

Cons

Did not enjoy cleaning cars. We often ran low on cars. Did not like relocating to new stores if promoted/transferred.
