Pros
Good vacation policy even for new employees. Apart from this there is nothing that I can give credit for to this organization.
Cons
Unethical accounting policies designed to reduce bonus payouts. Expectations are you should wear a suit everyday at work when more than half of your day is gone in cleaning cars, picking and dropping customers. Current managers are high school graduates but new employees should have a university degree (and what are you doing with that degree? cleaning cars, sweeping floors, shovelling snow in winter around your branch, cleaning branch washrooms). If you are in back office you overtime policy and hourly pay is way below competition. So think twice before you commit to this workplace.
