Pros

Easy Ability to work on school work during down times Makes vacation trips less expensive Good Co-workers networking is great becuase of face to face contact with customer good benifits

Cons

Getting yelled at by customers down time gets very boring commison is tough to get in a smaller location pushed into selling the "hertz" way
