There are no checks and balances between upper and lower level managment
Promotions are based on who were friends of the district manager
The hours are long and unaccomodating for someone with a family
The pay is terrible
Management is unprofessional
Management is allowed to discriminate without repurcussions
The only way to make money is through sales and the bonus structure is often changed to prevent employess from making bonus
The opportunities for advancement that are promised initially are lies
There are no incentives to be promoted past the Assistant Management position
Overall, this is a terrible place to work!
