Pros

Weekly paid for hourly associates. Uniforms, rental discounts, PTO,

Cons

Understaffed. Too many clicks, that created issues between associates. Reminds me of high school. Employees expected to do managerial duties without the title or the extra pay. Lack of real safety measures, only the paperwork to try and cover their butts. No room for advancement unless you want to be an underpaid, overworked manager. Do your homework before accepting any management position! And please note that if you are a threat to any associate who is happy just getting by or milking the company for all it is worth, they will put a target on your back and send you on your way before your probation ends!

Pros

Get to drive cars Decent Management Co-workers when I had them at my office were awesome

Cons

Long hours (55+) No personal time Irate customers WAY Under staffed Progression through company only based on sales and sucking up to management Was only a SSA but had to do all the Manager job without pay
