Pros
Ok employee discount, ability to do some work outside when cars need to be cleaned.
Cons
Let's see...low pay. You will never see a cost of living increase. You will be constantly understaffed. When someone calls I'm sick the whole branch is screwed. Many of their software programs have issues that are never resolved. You must say yes to every rental even when you don't have the cars and you know you won't have the cars. After you day yes to the rental you have to call the customer back and tell them you don't have one all to pass an audit. Oh the customers for the most part are horrible. High demands from them and managment.
