Pros

•The car privilege & employee benefits package. •Good entry level job if you have no social/family life.

Cons

•Too many “reorganizations” (was laid off after the last one) •Set up to fail with no contingency plan. •Poor company culture, toxic relationships between management & employees. Terrible work life balance, managers are scheduled 9 hours but are assumed to stay way later. •Senior management shows zero initiative on the learning & development of their frontline managers, no matter how much aspiration is shown. •Terrible leadership, unrealistic goals set and constantly changed. •Corporate has no backbone when it comes to holding Union accountable for scope of work. •Unethical business practices - renting out cars that are not adequately cleaned (even by their standards), renting out cars with maintenance holds, renting cars with bad tags. •No professional pathway to grow career.
