Pros

Learn how to run a small business within a larger corporation. The amount of stress, and inefficient and incompetent processes allows an individual to learn how not to run a company.

Cons

Corporation does not value their employees. The software to conduct business with customers is extremely outdated. Very low pay. Business model is inefficient and weak. Management does not listen to employee ideas. Low staffing. Incompetent company that does not care about the off-airport operations.

Pros

Get to drive new cars all the time. You occasionally get cool, regular customers. If you have the patience (and lack of pride) you'll become a branch manager and get to drive a rental car as your personal car.

Cons

Most customers treat you poorly. Job is EXTREMELY sales based, if you work off airport you will get fired for not selling enough insurance. Almost every branch is woefully understaffed. You have to wear dress clothes and clean disgusting cars all day long. You're going to be working more than 40 hours which is good because the pay is not enough to live on if you live in an expensive city. Don't work here if you have other options. Honestly, one of my greatest regrets.

Terrible customers, computers outdated, CCS had attitudes when taking on an escalated calls, agents are under appreciated, should increase wages to at least $12/hrs, benefits
