no communication or direction from Upper Management. One hand does not know what the other is doing.

Pros

You can work your way up if you try. Goals are clear. Fun coworkers, mostly everyone is great at getting along. Nice benefits for all levels. Fun cars to drive. Free cars for managers with gas.

Cons

Too many hours with upset customers because we don't have enough cars or staff ever. They have New initiatives all the time but never stick with it. It always feels like the flavor of the month. Financials unclear and nobody had answers and they expected us to deal with it for years. Bonus structure always seemed unclear.

Reasonable pay, pick your schedule 9-5 job, opportunity to make money on commission

Cons

In suits Cleaning cars, buying dress shoes every month, weak commission system and bonus's are never payed as due.
