Pros

Ability to advance fast within the manager training program. Ability to get monthly sales bonus up to 10% of your sales.

Cons

Upper management is shady. They only care about sales numbers rather than integrity. There were employees who were promoted even though they were creating taking advantage of customers by adding insurance on the rental contracts and altering the daily rate. Only sales focused not management development focused.

Pros

The coworkers, customers, and you get paid on time.

Cons

complete lack of direction. Out of touch managers constantly try to direct the order of business when they themselves are clueless. If u can make it pa s t branch manager then its easy sailing..you get to stay behind a laptop and tell people what to do without knowing whats going on. Just send reports to them. And its true, ive been told to go write a good review on glassdoor when pple stopped applying for the job.. This review is not intended to hurt the co, but hopes to enlighten and promote positive changes.

Pros

If you've got the in with management and they like you, you have a promising career with a decent company. Sales will earn you big bucks and your name may become legendary. Hopefully your family members know some of management, or you manage to become friends with them. If so your future is secured. They treat their customers very well with the upmost of excellence at MOST locations. Their employees it really just depends on if your in with upper management or not. Again if your in expect to be treated like gold. You don't need to be a good employee or overly intelligent to be in, you just need to be well liked by upper management and those around you.

Cons

If you don't get the in with management then as long as your sales scores are good they will keep you around for a while. If you raise the alarm to anything that would be unethical, expect them to get rid of you. They will at times do things that you would question as ethical. Sales alone will not save you. You must have the "in". Also pay attention to the fact that a billionaire has recently had to bail out the company for massive accounting mistakes. Look up Carl Ichan. He deposited 1 Billion Dollars to keep the company afloat. Also note that they are typically 3 months behind on paying rent to outside companies as well as moving ahead with business plans. Since about fall of last year the company has become very shakey. I would recommend waiting to see if they come out of their slump with Carl's help.
