Great company, poor team

Pros

Good - for a large multinational. The company is able to develop quality B2B solutions while ensuring proper software engineering processes are followed. Tech debt reduction is prioritized, product releases are properly planned, there is a dedicated devops team, etc. As for logistics, HR manages like pros.

Cons

My team's work culture is very poor. Follow Agile Scrum when it is impossible to hold dependent teams accountable. Information is siloed by management to maintain inequity. Minimum work is done to hire new devs when old ones leave.

Pretty Good Recommend

Pros

supportive, flexible culture and strong focus on work-life balance, including excellent remote work options. Employees value the competitive benefits and the chance to work with industry-leading, high-tech mining solutions.

Cons

Avg-market salaries and limited opportunities for career advancement as primary drawbacks. Heavy middle management and corporate bureaucracy can lead to slow decision-making and a lack of clear strategic direction.
