Huge company bottlenecks when it comes to decisions. No CEO direction. Weak money situation and lay offs.

1) major changes happening with its spin-off Octave, and it doesn’t seem like management has a plan. Instead they just tell us to “go fish and figure it out.” 2) very low salary 3) lack of willingness to fund teams. They are scaling back on team sizes and giving teams twice as much work (if not more.)
