Upper management does not give a care about you. This company has promoted me and then kept me doing the first job i was hired on for. instead of working for your new promotion you stay taking first call help desk calls when you werent promoted for it

Cons

Lack of leadership Lay off employees that have been there for a long time and over 45 years old after years of service. 6 weeks later they rehire 3 more to replace them. Top performing employees let go.

Pros

They really made me feel as if I was invested in. It turned out to be misleading but it felt good believing it.

Cons

I felt ambushed after being laid off; left wondering what I'd done wrong, couldn't possibly be the explanation given (down sizing). I was the first hired on my team of three, yet the first to be fired despite excellent performance and high quality work experience. They brought in someone above me (who I was more experienced than) and someone below me who had no experience. I'm gone. They're still there.
