Pros

work form home, bonus system, while it lasts

Cons

Absolutely no room to grow. Pay scale is low they will tell you about the bonuses and how that makes up for the low scale. The bonuses are slowly being decreased and if you are at the top of there pay range. Your salary can be frozen.

Salary is ok and you can work from home. Besides this there is nothing positive to say about the "company".

Cons

Bad managers, horrible communication, unprofessional attitude, management not listening to employees, completely chaotic organisation, recurrent problems, culture of fear, .
