      Pros

      Nothing is good to work here, especially for experienced people. Higher risk on job security.

      Cons

      They give good hike on joining but they can release you immediately from project within 2-3 months of joining without evaluating your performance by giving some rampdown reasons and internally will replace with other candidates from outside and also when on bench they don't give any calls and tells to resign after 45 days. Don't join here otherwise your career will get spoiled by risking in terms of job security. Also no work life balance as they will treat you like hell so we get stressed on delivering tasks and have to work extra like more than 12 hours to get it done.
