- Cool work to do in a niche industry - Make your own hours

Cons

- You will get lowballed in starting salary as a recent college graduate. Take the experience and leave. - Not many growth opportunities - A very reactive company, not proactive. - Poor leadership team

Benefits are good. People are mostly nice

Cons

This company is stereotypical "Corporate America" where they push you to do more and more yet they offer little to no return for your hard work. Work / Life balance is terrible The people who do well here are those who put in 80+ hours a week. Pay isn't enough for what they require you to sacrifice. If something goes wrong, management always goes head hunting, looking for someone to peg the blame on.
