      Great people with a couple problems

      Pros

      Some of the people I met were awesome, and everyone is willing to help out when you have a problem.

      Cons

      Constant flow of problems and fire-fighting type situations. Very little focus on changing.

      Friendly coworkers, small plant, lots of interesting projects to complete and learn from.

      Cons

      Was hired on for a full-time position in SLC, UT, but the funding/position never actually existed and was sort of ghosted for 6 months about it.
