High hourly work expectation (even though they tote "work life balance" the workload they give you cannot be done in 40 hrs).
24/7 on call - with the expectation that you will drive in to the floor at 3 am.
No food available within 15 min of the plant (no onsite cafeteria/food).
Caustic culture between the operators(union), management, and engineers.
You will not receive the training you need to be successful at your position.
It is not uncommon to come home with cancerous chemicals on your shoes, or itching everywhere there is exposed skin (carbon fibers will embed themselves in your skin - similar feeling to insulation on your skin)
