Employees literally pay other employees to work for them when they are scheduled to be off to avoid being written up/terminated. Management was taking drugs and got fired, other management has a buddy buddy system, if they know you and like you they will be all for you to move forward in your career, if they hear rumors or don't like you, you should quit or they will try and force you to quit. No matter how good you are at your job or how well you do your job, it all depends on what management hears or thinks about you from their buddies. Horrible working conditions, extreme heat, forced to stay in heat regardless if getting sick or not.
