Compensation and bonuses were not as competitive for professional roles as compared to companies in the same industry. Leadership commitment on the site level was inconsistent. One of the senior managers would challenge findings from safety investigations without clear understanding of events leading to the incidents. The company is good for someone early in their career but career growth is limited for young talents ready to get to the next level. Developmental plan is just on paper and not a reality. There is not much diversity at the professional level and therefore lacking different perspectives. I made the decision to leave the company which turned out to be the best decision I ever made for my career growth. Besides the ups and downs of aerospace industry and a bit of a toxic environment from union agendas, the company is overall a good place to work.
