      The technology work itself was interesting and I learned things. The product idea has actual potential.

      The team had some talented people who genuinely wanted to build something great.

      - The CEO drives an unsustainable pace that is nearly impossible to keep up with, creating constant extreme pressure. - Workload keeps escalating, with long days becoming the normal expectation. - Burnout spreads across the team and becomes routine rather than rare. - Employees are pushed to keep going even when completely exhausted. - Mistakes and issues pile up, leaving staff to handle the fallout. - Clients become frustrated and strong employees leave in frustration.

      A couple of my coworkers were awesome, but most of them quickly left to find better opportunities.

      Cons

      One of the most chaotic companies I have ever worked for. Expectations are unreasonable, deadlines are unrealistic, schedules are inconsistent, management neglects to provide support, etc. Trust me when I say working here felt like a nightmare...
