      -Technology is best-in-class -Demand is off the charts -Perks are surprisingly really good for a small startup -Team members are brilliant and kind

      Cons

      In general, I think generative AI startups are not for the faint of heart! We move very quickly to stay ahead of the rapidly evolving AI landscape and as a result, the culture could be considered fairly intense.

      Pros

      None. Do not trust any of the glowing reviews. Based on my experience, HeyGen is not a place anyone should consider working for under any circumstances.

      Cons

      Zero structure. My former coworkers and I were constantly confused and stuck, facing vague expectations, unclear roles, and complete lack of accountability in leadership. Progress was nearly impossible, and opportunities for growth were practically nonexistent.
