Pros

Fast-moving environment and aggressive product ambition.

Cons

- Speed was worshiped while structure was ignored. - Features were rushed out while documentation became an afterthought. - Internal coordination regularly broke down. - Requirements shifted mid-development without warning. - Quality checks were squeezed to the breaking point. - Teams were forced into constant reaction mode instead of building sustainably, - Endless rework became the norm. - Timelines stayed unpredictable and unreliable. - Innovation was praised while a disciplined process was absent. - Scaling became painful, exhausting, and inefficient. - The relentless pace led to burnout instead of real progress.

Pros

The people are what make it. Everyone around me actually cares not in a corporate "we're a family" way, but in a "we're building something incredible and I can't believe we're actually doing this" way. The company is growing extremely fast that you're constantly getting exposure to things you wouldn't touch at a bigger company. I've taken on challenges here that would've taken years to get to at my previous jobs. If you're the kind of person who gets fired up by hard problems, you'll love it here. If you want to catapult your skills and career to the next level FAST, this is the place for you.

Cons

The pace is a lot. Things move fast and priorities shift. If you're used to well-defined processes and clear lanes, the ambiguity can be uncomfortable. It's definitely not a clock-in clock-out kind of place. You have to be comfortable figuring things out as you go.

Pros

- Free lunch and dinner if you stay late I guess

Cons

- Long hours - Unrealistic expectations (a project that was projected to take six months by a team of competent engineers was rammed through in 2 months by 2 engineers) - PRs are often approved by people who don't understand what the PRs are actually doing, so things break, a lot - Long hours are expected, I was often pulling 12-hour shifts - Toxic culture - Whole bunch of other stuff, go there at your own risk - Company makes AI slop
