Pros

- Multicultural, room for growth, technically challenging, good company culture, growing and aggressive for new market opportunities, excellent Owner philosophies provided & used to standardize operations, good work / life balance. I would recommend working at Hi-Lex; strong management throughout. High Quality organization!

Cons

Compensation slightly below market YET profit sharing helps bridge gap. Must be trained coming in for a professional role. They are NOT a company I feel that allows for ample time for training as they are a lean environment. New Hire training has improved though at Litchfield over last several years with in plant Training cell. Positives far outweigh the negatives though!

Great Place to Work

Pros

Flexible hours, not micromanaged, promotes within, good people to work with, close commute. Open door policy is true, CEO is right there and most of the time will talk with you about work related topics with no meeting required. Many employee appreciation events held within a year.

Cons

Performance based raises don't have much weight. The motto if it isn't broke don't fix it, well this should be true to a degree but when your using old systems that were introduced since the beginning of computers... it's time to adapt to current times.
