      Pros

      I’ve had a very positive experience working at HiBob. The company offers an excellent work-life balance, supported by a hybrid model that provides flexibility between remote and in-office work. The team culture is incredibly welcoming and collaborative, which makes it easy to integrate and feel supported. Additionally, there are strong opportunities for growth and development, which fosters motivation and encourages employees to perform at their best.

      Cons

      While the overall experience is very positive, like any growing company, there can be periods of change as teams and processes evolve. At times, this can lead to shifting priorities or the need to adapt quickly. Irregardless, I would highly recommend this to anyone.

      Pros

      Great people to work with and a great atmosphere to thrive in. I feel supported, challenged and appreciated. The way the company embraces AI and uses it to empower us to do more (instead of trying to replace us) is very encouraging in these days.

      Cons

      As a fast growing company change is a constant thing. If you can't adapt to new directions and ways of doing things on the go this may not be the perfect match for you.
