The company recognizes talent and prefer to preserve it by allowing an internal growth path instead of just letting it go to look for it somewhere else. Keeping the remote-work optional also post-covid is a huge plus.

Cons

Like every company that grows to a certain size, it looses some of the spirit that a small unit has but it's not avoidable.
