Good people. Good product. Used to be a brilliant culture

Cons

Culture has got worse and worse as time has gone on. Really poor comp structure which is far behind the industry standard. The product also used to be miles ahead in the space but has been quickly caught up by other players.

I genuinely enjoy working here. The people are amazing, supportive, and truly professional. The company has a great culture, and it is easy to collaborate with talented individuals who care about doing things right. There is a strong sense of trust, ownership, and teamwork

The pace can sometimes be fast due to growth, and priorities may change as the company scales. This can be challenging at times, but it also creates opportunities to learn and adapt quickly.
