Pros

What you see online about the culture - blog posts, social media, the website, linkedin - is all the reality. Warm culture with the transparent and people focussed promises that you'd expect, especially since it's a company that offers a people management system. Growth and data is important, but it's clearly felt throughout senior leadership and c-suite level that the people, both employees and clients are just as important. Truly wonderful.

Cons

Pension could be improved but to be expected as it's a younger business. Parental leave is ok but again could have some improvement.

The team, the product, the growth, the direction and leadership, the great employee-focussed policies and HR innovation that takes place. This is really a unique and special environment - I feel lucky to be here

Cons

The usual growing pains that happen with a fast growing scale-up, but the company is working on them all the time.
