      - Amazing Product with best engineers on the market - Reshaping HR, no one else out there handling coreHR they way bob does today - Lots of funding, strong confidence from investors - Brand awareness that's constantly growing

      Cons

      - Startup growing pains: loose processes, failed marketing campaigns, constantly testing strategies to see what sticks - Not the strongest communication across teams or global sites - A need for buy-ins from all managers, on lead mgmt, rules of engagement - Long interview process, candidates can take up to 5-6 different meetings, need to build more confidence in choosing talent 3-4 steps maximum

      Like you, I am proud of the strength of our technology and am glad to see it getting recognition and interest from investors and the market. It doesn’t happen overnight, but we have recently (and continue to) conquer exciting new milestones and achievements. And yes, part of this growth comes with its challenges like alignment and communication. We have taken several steps to improve on this front but we still have more work to do. Thanks for the feedback - it keeps us focused on investing in the areas that will have the most impact.
