      Pros

      It's all about the people! Love the company culture and the great people who work hard while maintaining an open, friendly and collaborative atmosphere. The company has grown a lot in the last year and was able to recognise and offer me a career development plan. There are opportunities to grow which keeps it interesting and engaging. Great work-life balance and fun engaging product!

      Cons

      As the company grows its difficult to maintain the culture globally, feel disconnected from the other sites.

      Pros

      Fantastic company with top notch people and management who really know what they're doing. There's a wonderful family vibe and everyone is really invested in the company and the product. It's an interesting and competitive industry and yet we are making a real mark, an exciting thing to be a part of.

      Cons

      Office space is getting tight, but that's already being taken care of. Some department managers are better than others, but that's to be expected in any workplace.
