Pros

Onboarding remotely is challenging and Hibob understands this. HR provides support to new employees, checking in with them regularly to make sure that they are OK and have everything that they need. Hibob has a positive and inclusive company culture, everyone is friendly and willing to help. All employees are invited and encouraged to make an impact.

Thanks for this feedback. Effective onboarding - especially remotely - is so important to employee satisfaction and effectiveness. I am glad to hear we are getting it right in your experience. I am proud of the developments we have made here since shifting to remote last year. We are not perfect but every day we are continuing to work on improvements. I am also so pleased to hear the feedback about our culture. I hear/see this a lot from employees in the business. It is so much easier and more enjoyable to work with people that genuinely care about each other, their work, and the business, I am so happy our employees experience this here at Hibob.
