Growth Opportunites (3 years, one promotion and one cross-department move) aligned with my personal growth expectations Good company culture and levels of engagement especially during Covid. Skills development and support from. If you are a self-starter and willing to try new things then this would be the place for you. Although you have your targets, the company is happy for you to try new things to reach success.

Cons

I was placed on furlough and during the time the communication could have been better but I guess this is something that is new for all businesses so to get the communication right would be a challenge but I expected a little more from what I experienced. Sometimes we are working longer hours to support clients abroad

great atmosphere, great work/life balance, very flexible dev process and cutting-edge tech. *Very* transparent management decisions, CTO/CEO never leaves no-one in the dark , keeping us always up-to-date.

due to its size, not much movement / promotions are happening

Great culture, the product is ground breaking and has endless possibilities for our customers and prospects and I have never worked in a company where every single member of our teams, regardless of location globally, are all 100% focused on our goals, our customers and our prospects. Truly outstanding!
