      Pros

      I joined in 2023 and have been really happy with my experience to date. I've read some reviews about a lack of inbound leads, but I think that really depends on your experience/perspective as an AE. I've always come from orgs where AEs are expected to build their own pipeline rather than just be served opportunities. Some AEs don't like to do outbound and some view it as table stakes. I see AEs that are doing the right things (up and down the funnel) succeeding in the market. My expectations have been exceeded as it relates to the coaching I've received as well as management's openness to receiving and acting on feedback. They provide a good sales tech stack and continue to make investments and improvements. HiBob is at a fun inflection point and I've really enjoyed being a part of it during my time here.

      Cons

      I think there are some growing pains with respect to the continued move upmarket, which is to be expected. Companies that are growing quickly are going to require employees that are ready to manage change and adapt to it; if that is not a dynamic you like, it may not be a great fit.

      Exciting place to work

      Pros

      The company is on an insane growth trajectory, which is really exciting! Management is good, and the office is nice.

      Cons

      Do not work here unless you are open to a 100% outbound sales job. There are zero quality marketing leads that will come your way, so if you're not a true hunter, then this is not the job for you.

      Exceeded My Expectations

      Pros

      You’re a person FIRST. Culture, diversity, and psychological safety within the workplace breeds innovation. You have to put in the time and effort in order to see the fruits of your labor. Excellent support and communication since day one. Collaborative environment and truly wonderful people to work with.

      Cons

      I don’t believe this is a con, but it’s worth mentioning here for any readers who have expectations of a “finely tuned machine” to join. The company is growing by leaps and bounds. They just secured ANOTHER round of funding (150M). They’re investing in their people and processes and change is inevitable. Growing pains are inevitable. If you do your research in the market and where it’s going, invest the time to meet with others and learn about the GLOBAL business, and understand the bigger company picture and vision, the smaller and nuanced issues won’t cloud your judgement.
